The NFL Alumni and the Minnesota Chapter have been "Caring for Kids" for over 30 years. Members, sponsors, donors and volunteers make a difference in the lives of at-risk and underprivileged kids in the communities across the country through direct financial support, sponsorships and participation in youth oriented activities.
"Caring for Kids" is the motto of the NFL Alumni, a national 501(c)(3) charity with local chapters in over 30 major cities throughout the country. These chapters donate millions of dollars annually to a variety of children's charities nationwide.
The Minnesota Chapter has donated over $2.8 million to more than 40 local youth related charities with an orientation towards Health (medical needs, chemical dependency, physical and/or mental abuse), Education and Skill Development (scholarships, training, arts, crafts, music and creativity) and Welfare (food, clothing and shelter).

The generous support of our members, sponsors, donors and volunteers has allowed us to make a difference by "Caring for Kids" in so many ways, and has allowed us to directly impact the lives of deserving young people in our community.
We raise our funds through two popular events:
The Minnesota Chapter is run completely by volunteers, including NFL Alumni and other community members. We have no overhead and all of the funds we raise are distributed directly to local youth-oriented charities.
